I love the name people have adopted for Whole Foods super markets dubbing it as “Whole Paycheck”. Although it has some higher price tags on items that we normally buy, we can be a lot more effective using supermarkets such as Whole foods and other organic markets for their purposes. I would suggest buying all of your vegetables and Fruits from there. Buying ordinary napkins, and plastic utensils will make you go broke though. Supermarkets such as Whole Foods is a specialty food market and should only be used that way. Please visit other stores for cheaper items that you are not going to put in or on your body.
In order to keep organic foods inexpensive, we need to purchase them and not buy any “conventional” farmed foods. Visit my website for more on conventional farming: holisticwellnessnetwork.com under the videos page, you will find part 1 of Paul Chek’s video: Nutrition: the dirt facts. It will blow your mind if you are unfamiliar with how your food ends up on your table, or simply watch below.
Paul Chek said it best: “If you can’t afford organic food, here is a fork and knife so you can go eat the BMW you just drove up in”.
