It’s like having experienced a house fire and every time someone says the word fire your body feels that same way it did on the day you had the house fire.
Now, imagine developing a negative feeling about your job. What happens every time you enter your work place after you develop that feeling? Your body goes through the same stress it did the first day you created the stress. Each day becomes a ticking time bomb of when you or your body will finally give up to the feeling unless you learn to release the negative emotion that is trapped in your nervous system.
