Should you still be training at 80 years of age or resting in a rocking chair? That all depends on your willpower and lifeforce energy. Many people believe that male lifeforce energy can be directly measured by looking at sperm count. Did you know the average male has dropped their sperm count over 80% in the last 50 years? So, if you decide to join the rocking chair generation, you are only lowering your lifeforce and diminishing your reason to live.
