Stroke – Rehabilitation Through Corrective Exercise
Drew’s stroke rehabilitation one year ago and current condition after training with John Tsafos of Holistic Wellness Network. You can clearly see the vast difference in mobility and coordination. (His training began after he went to conventional rehabilitation). We trained an average of one time per week with one at-home practice session done on his own.
I hope this can provide insight to what is possible even though most people are told they will be stuck with their condition.
